New Website layout?

sorry - this new layout is just terrible, takes a while to find where things are and also - dont know about anyone else, but I end up scrolling up and down an aweful lot! And once you posted something on the forum you get kicked out to the front page rather than the thread you were in before? Can we just not go back to the old one? Sorry, I am all pro-change, but only if it works - anyone else thinks this?

We encountered most of these comments the last time we updated the web site.... this is a massive improvement over what we had so other than some tweaks we wont be making massive changes.

my comments may be a bit late since i have not been on asiaxpat in a few months (been out of the country). overall, i like the new design...it's definitely easier on the eyes with fewer colors and simpler lines.


ok so i don't really see other comments about the new design on this forum, or maybe i just can't find it....which leads to the biggest problem i have so far with this new format - searches in the advice section don't always yield results - or is it that when you type in another search word it is searching within the results already given?


and what happened to keyword searches under "careers"? -- that was very useful.


overall, it's just taking longer to get to information!! the previous site needed fewer clicks and scrolls to get where we wanted.


i agree there is a lot of empty white space on the page - it takes about 2 scrolls down to see the entire home page!
