wanting to prepare a heap of finger food in advance for a party for about 40 people. I have a nice big freezer now and so wondering if anyone has any good recipes for tasty finger food that freezes well..... many thanks

dutch quail eggs-- hard boiled quail egg wrapped in seasoned (with chop herbs) mince meat. Rolled over breadcrumbs before freezing. Thaw before deep frying. Could last in the freezer for 6 months.
mini spring rolls-- whatever version you want be it veggie, sea food or meat
Shrimps/prawns wrapped in bacon ( make sure it's fresh prawns and good quality bacon ) brush with sweet chillie sauce before you cook them in a medium over for 15-20 minutes.

PIGS IN BLANKETS-- Spread some dijon mustard on the pastry dough, place a c*cktail sausage, roll and secure with a toothpick. Put in freezer bags. Defrost. Brush with egg wash and bake until golden
ANGELS ON HORSEBACK
Cook chicken liver in rum, thyme, black pepper, some salt for 30 minutes. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Cut water chestnuts in half. Roll chicken liver w/chestnut in bacon and secure with a toothpick. Defrost 30 minutes before frying.
GARLIC HERB BUTTER
1 cup softened butter, 3-4 cloves garlic, crushed, 2T chopped fresh herbs like parsely, oregano, basil or marjoram
Blend everything together. Spread on sliced baguettes. Wrap the baguette in double layers of foil. Defrost and bake for 10 minutes

Spinach and ricotta (or feta) wrapped in filo pastry freezes well. Just put them straight from the freezer to the oven.
