dutch quail eggs-- hard boiled quail egg wrapped in seasoned (with chop herbs) mince meat. Rolled over breadcrumbs before freezing. Thaw before deep frying. Could last in the freezer for 6 months.

mini spring rolls-- whatever version you want be it veggie, sea food or meat

Shrimps/prawns wrapped in bacon ( make sure it's fresh prawns and good quality bacon ) brush with sweet chillie sauce before you cook them in a medium over for 15-20 minutes.

Spinach and ricotta (or feta) wrapped in filo pastry freezes well. Just put them straight from the freezer to the oven.
