Anybody knows about transportation around kinabalu national park? My plan is Mt. Kinabalu hiking(2days)-Hot spring(1 night)-Manukan island(1 or 2 night)


Should I hire a car in Kota kinabalu in advance? Any other recommendation of the route?

That sounds almost like what we did a few years ago (the 2nd time around) except we went on to KK - Manukan on a day trip out to Mt Kinabalu for a couple of nights, Poring Hot Springs and on to Sepilok and Sandakan - turtle island flying back to KK. But we took the buses > it was okay
