If you want to spent a lot of cash, try the Mandarin Oriental, 1st Floor. The cakes look really funky.

I had a Mandarin Oriental for my daughters b-day and it cost $1,700 for a 4lb carrot cake (admitedly an excellent one). For a more reasonable prices try Competedeelite in Lan Kwai Fong (sp?) - lots of choice and photos on the web for ideas
