I'd like to get a small, discreet tattoo and don't know of any place other than Ricky & Pinkies in Wanchai. My design is pretty simple so I"m looking for cleanliness rather than artistic expression. Is Ricky's OK? Any other suggestions? Costs for a small 2 inch tattoo?
