Do you need to wear a belly belt after giving birth? Planning a natural birth and not sure if i need to get one before the event! does it help lots to reduce your tum? any advise?! thanks

no, not really, i started off (after having twins), lasted about 3 days (more pain in the neck than it is worth!) and gave up. Tum went back all by itself!

It doesn't really help in reducing tum but it does help release a bit of the back strain I had when I carried baby or bend my back taking him in and out of the cot.
