Are you thinking of La Fete on St Francis Street? Private kitchen, starts with appetisers, then big seafood platter, soup, salad, mains and desert. Corkage can be waived.

The food is good, without being spectacular. A LOT of food though and yes, they normally waive corkage. It's a great little setting, so would definitely recommend if you haven't been.
