Hi folks,

I'm on a dependent visa and have been working for a few months. My husband has quit his job and his new visa hasn't been approved yet. Does this mean I need to quit my job until the new visa comes through?

Should I risk the situation by approaching the Immigration Dept with my question?

As long as ur Dependant Visa has not expired, ur entitle to work till that due date.
