What kind of crafts are you looking for? I have a company that sells arts and crafts to schools. I have a catalog that I can send to you and you'll recieve whatever you order within two to three days. Our prices are very resonable. Craft Paradise is a small shop on the ground floor of the CITIC tower. They also do classes. Good for mosaics, scrap booking, boxes to decorate etc

Artland (in Wanchai I think) has alot of painting supplies and other general craft stuff.

Both of these are not cheap but have good quality. For cheaper things try the markets.
