Mine started to fall out at the same time and it really scared me so I used some hair regrowth tonic which helped abit as I noticed these short hair in between my long ones. It stopped after 5 months. With my current pregnancy, I will most likely cut my hair shorter nearer the time so that I will not notice so much hair falling out. Don't worry you will soon have your head full of hair again.

Yes, it is very normal and it will last for about 2-3 months (for me) and soon you will notice there are lots of fine, tiny hairs coming out of your forehead. My baby is 7 months tomorrow, the falling off is lessen a lot the last two weeks and my head is full of nice hair but also came with some grey ones.... yaks!!!!!!! my hairstylist told me it is also normal but it will eventually back to normal if you are not above 40 as grey hairs come around this age or later or for some, earlier :) :(

The reason it is falling out so much is because it DIDN'T fall out so much during pregnancy.

Hang in there, it'll grow back soon!

I am currently 22 weeks and my hair has stopped growing in length (usually it grows really quickly) but I don't loose any hair. It's so thick right now I am looking forward to some of it falling out after the baby. It's really weird having extra hair :P

Mine started falling out around 5mths post partum, in clumps...I had some pretty thin spots. Now MM is 8mths old and it no longer falls out in clumps but i'm still shedding. I do also have new hairs growing in place of the ones i lost. hang in there!
