Going to have a London trip w/ 1 yr old in Nov. 1st time visit and travel w/ him there. Any shops or places recommended to go while in London? Any gd babies stuff must buy there?

my trips to UK are usually spent running around like a headless chicken catching up with family. but when i do get a chance for shop for kids stuff, I:
1) find mothercare and marks & spencer much more reasonably priced compared to singapore (not sure about HK) so take a look at them if you like their stuff
2) baby gap if they are having a sale, i bought lots of stuff last year when they were clearing their summer stock
3) mamas & papas: not available in singapore, not sure about HK.
4) john lewis: my friend and i love john lewis baby clothes (they also have good baby essentials department for everything else), always getting our family to send over stuff when they can.
happy shopping! i think you can find all the above shop at oxford circus but be warned, it's incredibly crowded!!
