Shortcut from TST MTR to the KCR

About 6 months ago someone advised of a shortcut from the mtr to the kcr so no need to walk through the tunnels fighting the crowds, something like on the lower platform through a exit door,i cant remember now,does anyone know of this shortcut,thanks
