Has anyone seen sausage mince in HOng Kong? I wanted to make home made sausage rolls.

I've made home made sausage rolls with plain pork mince and lots of fresh sage leaves chopped up... just mix them together and use as you would normally do... turned out very well... you can adda a little salt and pepper if you feel necessary also....
