I have a problem with my neighbours trees...
We live in 3 storey building that has a school at the back & in the grounds of the school yard near to our block is a tree/s that has overgrown and the branches knock onto one of our bathroom window plus the window as we go onto the roof terrace. Some branches even grow onto our roof terrace!!
I have spoken to our landlord & he says he spoke to the school but nothing has been done so I spoke to the landlord again but it seems to fall on deaf ears.
Is there a governing body I could/should complain to as both the school & the landlord r ignoring the problem and the noisy branches are becoming a nuisance now.
Any helpful advice appreciated, as I feel like sawing the damn thing myself now.

Sorry should have said - the branches are thick & big.
Also they are unreachable as that particular window doesn't open very wide & trying to cut the ones on the roof would just be dangerous.

What about if you approach the school yourself? Your landlord may not have even contacted the school even though he said he did. That's what I'd do first, go see the school, then if nothing happens contact authorities.
