I am really puzzled why my 10 month old girl is waking up around 2am everynight ever since we returned from our 1-month holiday in Sydney. Prior to this, she was able to sleep from 8pm thru to 6-7am without any hiccups.
I would need to comfort her & give her some water, but sometimes she just can't be comforted so I will give her a small bottle of formula which always does the trick.
She is getting enough solids during the day - 3 big meal feeds and with snacks of fruit & veges throughout the day. Also drinking 4 bottles of 180ml formula.
Any ideas on what's the problem?

10mth is also when separation anxiety kicks in. It is probably just a phase. If she has been sleeping thru I doubt it is a food problem.

Is she becoming more active recently? Maybe she's burning more calories and needs the extra feed. My son needed to eat more when he started walking around that age.
