Rules were not being followed - so we removed the thread. Please do not resubmit - it only encourages people to post negative comments about companies - and that is not allowed. If anyone would like to discuss the hair issue please use the private messaging system in the control panel
Thanks

Hi, Katetam,
Ya, i was thinking the same. I'm the original poster and I got a warning from ed. I did not have time to PM everyone who wanted to know the brand of milk so i posted it publicly. I'm not trying to scare anyone or start rumors - just a concerned mom who still can't get over what i found and in what i found it!
Spoke to my pedia today who could not say much about it - just that he was surprised, never heard of anything like it before. Am still using the brand - am afraid that a chnage will cause baby to become constipated. Am just hoping it was a one-in-a-million occurrence (and just my luck it happened to me!). If only my odds in winning the mark six were the same . . .

I was surprised it got removed because facts are facts. It wasn't like we were talking about an incident that was "subjective" like how satisfactory service was at a restaurant or something. It involves the safety of our babies, I think it's perfectly legitimate to be posted here, as a concerned mother, thank you HK2 for letting us know because now I know, that brand is not just one time.
Don't worry about constipation with changing brands, the one I suggested before is great, alot of my friends' babies drink it, it was better than the one you are using.
Simpler ingredients, and simple formula, not so much the extra stuff. That's what my peds said, those are the reasons for causing constipation.
good luck.

Sorry no exceptions - the moment a company is mentioned in a negative light it comes off. We have no way of verifying if a complaint is accurate and at the end of the day that is not the purpose of these forums. If we allow one we have to allow all - and I guarantee you if we let this content stay (it stays for ever) we will quickly lose advertisers cuz there's no way any company will run a banner next to a negative comment about them.
This is not open for debate - its my paycheck at stake not yours...
If anyone wants to provide a platform for complaints against companies you can set up and run a web site using forums technology for peanuts... However if it gets popular be ready for law suits...

for anyone who read the post before it was deleted, I switched to SME gold without a problem. MM was ok! No gas, upset stomach or anything.

Hi all,
Sometimes I think this "censorship" is getting a bit too uptight in such forums.
I too had a post deleted once cos I mentioned a certain famous baby brand gave my daughter as well as other bubs with eczema skin irritation. Now, what is wrong with that? I just said the product is not suitable for babies with sensitive skin, not for every baby.
I duly noted, however, that one might miss Ed's sharp radar if sentences are constructed carefully. My semi-badmouthing of a certain naturopath on HK side (I think I even mention a name) didn't get deleted. Go figure...
Hopefully this post stays on : )
