A few threads last season about how to watch NHL games in HK... using a proxy server to get to CBC, slingbox, NOW TV had the final round, etc.
NHL Centre Ice Online is available for HK residents this season, about 40 games a week streamed for 149.00USD (before 9 Oct)
Of course the 7 or 8 am start time isn't ideal in HK, but the website says they will also have game replays coming soon
