Does anyone know the address for Grandmart in Wanchai? It is similar to Gateway but I can't seem to find the address or phone number.

To be completely fair: I've not gone by 114 Lockhart Road or tried to phone that number to see if they are actually in that location. It's just a Google citation. But yp.com.hk is usually more or less up to date. It's possible that is just a registered office. (Someone else can try!)

Not certain whether Grand Mart is re-opening or not, but there's a "Prize Mart" offering similiar products - located on HK Island (North Point area) and in Kowloon (on Waterloo Rd - near CLP Headquarters).
