'Fake' iphone?

My brother back in the UK is hassling me to buy him a 'fake' iphone from a company/model called:

cect p168

Has anyone seen any of these around HK so I can shut him up. Or, does any one have one and rate it as a good phone (normally I stay away from unheard of brands but if it's okay then I might take a look)
