Hi, since I am new in Hong Kong I wanted to enquire whether hosting a beach party is allowed in Hong Kong. Basically eating at the beach. Thanks!

Shouldnt be a problem - there are many people on Repulse Bay beach at the weekends eating and playing music on blasters.
