Can anyone tell me if there are storage lockers or a left luggage service at the Airport Express station in Central? This would be for someone coming in from the airport for the day only, who then returns to the airport at night.

There is one but it's quite hard to find, all the way over on the left hand side (walking past Starbucks and the travel shop) and tucked in behind the escalators in the corner. There are signs.

Your friend might consider booking his/her luggage right through to final destination when checking in at the original departure point (if possible). My sister usually does that if she has less than 24 hours here.
If it cannot be done use the luggage storage at Airport express - much easier and quicker to check in than out at the airport.

That website is interesting and I have bookmarked it for the future, thanks. Note MTR do not say where the luggage service is actually located, but other responders have done that. As for booking through to final destination, sure but that's not for bulky handbaggage. Anyway I think I have the full story on this now, so thanks again. Turn to my other question about to be posted!
