Does anyone know where you can purchase a deep water running belt in HK, pref island side?

I know they use them in the Repulse Bay Club aquaerobics class. Will ask where they got them when I go there later today. Can you tell me what the workout is like? (I remember reading about them quite a few years ago, but they never really seemed to catch on). Would like to try it.
