At around what age should one start using anti wrinkle cream?

Any suggestions of which cream works?

i heard people saying after turned to 25 yrs old, you should start to use it. i have been using all that sorts of skincare stuff from age 22, but still i believe eating healthy food, enough sleeping, make yourself happy (daily) can make yourself looks younger.
