Hi,
What or how do you remove your make-up? i noticed my cleanser is not so good, still has traces of foundation if i rub my face with cotton.
How do you remove mascara?

i have the same problem too though i have tried various brands.
bimmerboy, how you do that? you use tissue but not the cotton pad? can you remove mascara too? do you have to use other facial cleanser afterwards?
then what you use to clean your face in the morning?
sorry for asking some many questions but this cleaning problem has been annoying me for long.

I buy make-up remover specifically for the eyes and it works okay, even on waterproof make-up. If your cleanser is not removing all your make-up, then it's time to try a different brand of cleanser. Many years ago, I used to use Johnson's baby oil to remove eye-make and Pond's cold cream to remove foundation.

I use l'Oreal eye make-up remover with a cotton pad, works well for waterproof liquid liners and mascara.

I use DAILY FOAMING FACIAL WASH (Body Shop), brilliant and not a trace of make up left. It's made from tea tree oil and mint so has a nice smell. To remove mascara, I use Johnsons Baby Oil. It's cheap and it works.

the best step of removing make up as follows according to one of my beauty therapist friends:
1. remove your make up with make up remover (cream or cleaning milk), she suggested me using Bioderma-sensibio H2O
2. remove with the Bioderma-hydrabio (cleaning milk)
3. remove it with Covermark make up remover oli
4. wash your face
5. clean it with Toner
6. ready to put creams on
when it comes to remove the make up around your eyes, pay attention, not to rub it hard....increase the chances of getting wrinkles....
you have to sop the cotton and leave it on top of your eyes for a wee while and then wipe if off, this really helps to fully remove the makes

I use Lancome brand, especially for the waterproof mascara removal. it works really fine with me for so many years. Borghese brand for make up removal is also works for me. you can just go to the cosmetic counter and ask for it, its not that expensive and works fine for sure.
