Go to the Alliance Française, the official French Agency to teach and promote French worldwide... the only one that gives you a diploma that is recognised in France...
Money definitely well invested, i would say !
You'll find their whereabouts in a,y French consulate or on the internet...
Though there may have similar agencies from Belgium or Quebec... which might be good as well...
