gotta be fair starbucks, but Jaspas is hard to beat on the price. Yes, you pay per head for food and drink, but when you start to look at catering your own junk with food and drink, plus add the cost of the junk the prices aren't so different. Other option is if you get a good junk price that you take your own drink and find a good byo restaurant (for wine at least) like the one in Po Toi.
