I have a friend coming over to HK at Christmas who is a low-carber and is concerned about having to haul food here.

I searched on here and the last thread on LC products was some 800+ days ago; I even answered it myself.

In the past 800-odd days, the low carb interest seems to have waned in HK. Is there anyone who is still on it and buys these products (not sure yet which specifically) in HK?

Looking for bread (or bread mix), pasta, sauces, desserts. Have been to/checked out websites of most of the usual suspects but low-carb seems to have had its day in HK.
