SG to Johor Baru

Hi. I'll be in Singapore next month and am thinking of making a sidetrip to Malaysia. Can anyone give me directions on how to get to Johor Baru from Changi Airport?


I'll be arriving in Singapore at around midnight so I'm not sure if it's still possible to cross to Malaysia at that time. I've heard there are buses available but I don't know where to find them.


Lastly, can anyone who's been to Johor Baru tell me what I should expect in that place? And how long is the travel time from Singapore. Thanks!

JB from airport will be best from airport to beach road, in town where there are lots of Caoches to malaysia and some passes to JB. However will do some research to tell U any bus after midnight, however they are taxi in town who can bring you there. It will be within an hr ride during this time of the night.

Suggest U sleep at the comfortable airport terminal and in the morning have Bfast at Airport many outlets and thence take the MRT (subway) to Kranji and a short bus trip over the border via a causeway to JB. This is most economical way and back pack style.

Anything there? Just a city type of life but with Malay culture n lots of Chinese around. however lately there are lots of crime aiming at Singaporean. What is your interest?
