Do you mean children's ELLE? There is a shop at Ocean Terminal in TST that sells ELLE clothes. It is located on the same floor as ToysRus but just cannot remember the name of the shop. Hope that helps?

well since I stay in New Territories I know the one that is this side. You can go to Yuen Long get down at Tai tong road LRT stop. Go to the Citimall. 4th floor. Not only will you get ELLE but there are many other good brands there. That entire floor is the citistore.
