For the past month or so, my 11.5 month old girl has been waking up at midnight for a feed of 180ml formula and then waking up again at 4am for a small feed of 90ml. At the 4am waking, she is usually distressed & crying alot and sometimes hard to calm her down. Which is why I resort to giving her a bottle.
She used to sleep in her own bed in her room, but since the 4am wakings, I've moved her into my bed for convenience.
She eats 3 meals a day with in-between snacks of fruit/veges. She has 4 bottles a day between 180-200ml each.
She used to be a good sleeper from 8pm to 6am without waking up. What could the problem be? Is she going thru a growth spurt?
