Who are the most experienced paediatric surgeons in Hong Kong to carry out a hernia operation on a young child?
I know it is a standard operation but I would like some recommendations of people who have used the surgeons for their children.

My son (3.5 years old) just got an hernia operation in Queen Mary Hospital in September. Everything was fine. The operation lasted for 45 minutes. My son could walk and eat the next day. The doctor is Mr Chan Kwong-leung.

This post is a bit old and I want to see if there's any new information out there. My nearly three year old son needs to have the hernia operation and we were referred to a Dr. David Man. I'm curious about the public system though, as I've read that Bupa may not cover the operation. Anyone go through this recently? Any thoughts? Suggestions?
