I noted that a large part of this forum is from Hong Kong...I don't understand why, It should be Shanghai page, anyway...in this case I'm looking for Halloween costume for kids IN SHANGHAI. Someone can tell me if there are some special shop where I can buy it?

That's because there are more expat mums and dads in Hong Kong who use this forum. Do tell your expat friends in Shanghai about this wonderful forum and you'll have more posters from there on here.


Usually you can find Halloween costumes in the large gift/export stuff markets. For example, in Guangzhou it's Haizhu Square market.
