Glass in HK??

ORIGINAL POST

Just wondering if anybody knows where to buy glass sheeting for the use in stained glass in HK. I have tried Bisman Glass on Lochart Road, but they are very overpriced. And Hands craft only imports a small range. Has anyone seen this type of glass around? The glass is usually 3-4mm thick, and comes in many colours and textures. Any help would be most appreciated.

Thanks, but have tried that too. Have spoken with the teacher before, and she won't sell to me. So far I have been importing the glass from the states, but this is getting far too expensive. I wanted to set up my own business here making made-to-order ceiling lights and lamps. Elegent shapes with beautiful glass, not the usual tiffany style at all, something more modern. At this stage, the running cosats are too high to make it a profitable venture. The glass is quite heavy to ship. I have looked extensivly, and searched the net for months, but so far nothing. Thanks for you suggestion, but looks like this might not work.
