Can anyone recommend a one-off jewelry designer in HK? I want to ask him/her to melt down my unwanted gold jewelry and design and make a bracelet I'll truly love.

I would suggest going to a reliable jeweller. Since the gold will be melted out, there is no way of knowing if the store will actually be melting your gold and making a bracelet for you. They may reduce the Karat of gold. For eg, if you have a 22 K jewelry they may make your bracelet for 18K and you won't be able to know. The best thing will be to sell your old jewelry to the store and out of the money you get, get new ones .
