i recently had my iphone unlocked and i was wondering which phone internet network i should join? im currently with Peoples. i bought the unlimited 128$/month with them. But it doesnt seem that it works.. they asked me to go their shop and let them "TRY"...
pls advice.

Peoples is not the best of networks i dont think. Go for Smartone Vodafone (i use an iPhone and am on smartone and works perfectly) or 1010 (CSL)

People's should be ok, I used them for a while on the same plan. Just so that people are aware they are doing an unlimited data plan which is only $128/month, far superior to what others are doing and does support EDGE / GPRS. I used it on a Dopod 838 Pro a while back and worked fine.
I think that there is certainly something wrong with the settings (depends on crack with iPhone whether it detects sim settings or not). No real advantage with Voda or CSL as iPhone does not support 3G anyway. I've messed around with an iPhone on a few providers and works fine - nothing wrong with getting it checked out.
