When to start the second solid feed

Hi...I started my baby on solids when she turned 5 months old...now she is 6 month 10 days and is still on one solid feed a day...was wondering should i start the sec one...is there any ideal time to start the sec one or should one wait for baby to get comfortable with solids in general..

i was wondering this too!!! my 5.5 month old is on one solid meal a day. he has sweet potato or some other pureed veg at 6pm. i am thinking of giving him rice cereal for breakfast too. will probably start at 6 months. he is a very good eater and pooper so i'm assuming he is doing well. :)
