Can someone please recommend a tailor to replace a zip in a skirt somewhere around central and also somewhere I can get heel caps replaced on high heel shoes?

For the zip try Dorothy Alterations in Melbourne Plaza, go up the escalator and walk along then turn left. Heel caps, I don't know, maybe one of the cobblers in Theatre Lane.
