I'm having issues with my current webhost, especially when trying to access webmail in China (Shanghai to be more specific).
I'm looking for a reliable yet cheap webhost that has no issues in China.
I saw a recommendation on here for dreamhost.com, does anybdoy use them in China at all?

Depends what you call cheap ! I use a company which does fine in China and other locations in Asia so far - its not the cheapest but it works - pm if you want more info..
