Can anybody tell me where to go to have an old LP transferred into a CD?
Also is it possible to get VCR into DVDs? Where?
Many thanks

Thank you Starlionblue!
But where can I buy a USB turntable? and How do you manage to turn LPs into MP3??
I am afraid I know nothing about these technicalities...(besides I've only got one LP...)

Thank you Saikunga!
Off hand, I can't think of anyone still possessing a turntable... but I'll ask around.
Although I think the name of the LP will not mean much to you, here it is:
Gerard Hoffnung - At the Oxford Union
Featuring the famous Bricklayer's story ''Respected Sir''
Recorded in co-operation with the BBC on December 4th, 1958 (!)
The Decca Record Company Ltd, Ldn, England
This was passed on by my (late) father-in-law
I am certainly very grateful for your help!

Three weeks later ... I have the similar question about converting old 33-1/3 albums to CD, but as I have lots and lots of albums, it might be worth buying the computer/USB-enabled machine to do the conversion myself. However I went to Wanchai Computer Centre and nobody in the ten or eleven shops I went to had heard of such a thing. Starlionblue or anyone else, would you know exactly what shop sells these turntables with USB cords? Thanks ..
