Hi Am in need of a large non-teflon biscuit / cookie tray and am sure I heard that somewhere in mongkok there was a place with plenty of cooking bakeware etc? Am going to use it with a blow torch for making silver jewellery - hence the need for one without teflon as the fumes will be a bit toxic?

Any recommendations for bakeware, preferably kowloon side??? thanks

Shanghai street runs between Yau Ma Tei and Mongkok. This street is filled with kitchen gadgets and tools.

Yau Ma Tei, Exit B2

and there might be more shops too on Reclamation street. I was there this afternoon and I saw one shop, there could be more down the street...
