I've been searching for a place that delivery diet meals (3 meals + 2 snacks type thing) in HOng Kong but have had no luch what so ever. Help?

EatRight cafe on Shelley Street does this through its Membership Programme. It has a nutritionist and chef who can develop a personal plan and the meals are delivered.


If $$$ are an issue it might be cheaper to visit a registrated dietician and make the food yourself.

Hi,

I live in Macau and would love to find a jenny craig type diet centre that prepares meals for you and delivers.

I work long inconsistent hours and find it difficult to cook and have no need for a helper.

Has anyone found anything like this in Hong Kong/ Macau?
