Im not sure if this is a normal thing. I have read a lot of different things online but still confused, was wondering if i could get some help here.
I would like to get pregnant soon, I am trying to figure out my ovulation dates - the only problem being is that I spot (needing liners) 1-3 days before my actual period starts.
When do I start counting my first day of my cycle????
please help!

go under Pregnancy and Fertility rather than Women only first of all..
next - buy Ovulation test kits (not expensive) - it will tell you exactly when you are ovulating. I would do it a couple of months in a row to make sure your ovulation is stable (on petty much the same day every month)..
Good luck

I bought a product called maybe baby - www.maybebaby.com.au and it worked a treat! It's really easy to use. You simply put a dab of saliva on the little screen each morning before you get up and leave it to dry, around 10 minutes (the whole device is the size of a lipstick) and if you are ovulating it will show fern looking lines, when you are not ovulating it shows pebble like spots, it reall is amazing. We fell pregnant the second month we started trying. A few women I know have also used this product and they swear by it, I guess the proof is in how quickly they fell. Good Luck!

Hi, inlovewithhk
There is an effective way strongly recommended. What you should do is to record your temperature. During the cycle, basically the temperature keeps the same all the time. One day when your temperature goes up dramastically like from 36.5 celcius up to 37.0 celcius, it means you are starting to ovulate on this specific day. But please remember the temperature should be got right after you wake up in the morning everyday. You cannot do anything before you take temperature. Otherwise the temperature does not work.
I have been recording my temperate like what I said for more than 2years. It works well to help me cure my menstrual disorder.
Hope the information is helpful to you. Chinahelpline-makes your life in China even better.
