Any ideas? Books will be the easiest as I can order via Amazon....any good titles to recommend? My brother-in-law is divorced and the kids live with their mum, whom I don't know very well so won't be getting many ideas from them!

A voucher for the book store or record store. If you don't see the kids that often it will be hard to know what books they like or what music they'd listen to. Let them coose their own.

a nintendo is way above our budget!
a voucher, why didn't i think of that (my pregnancy brain at work here) - amazon does them too....i don't know their mum well at all and i keep worrying i'll send what she might think is an inappropriate book or CD. a voucher will allow them to get what they want with mum's approval. thanks!

I sent my god daughter recent via Amazon - High School Musical 2 and Jump in as music tracks, you can also buy the DVD but I was worried that my god daughter may already have the dvd.
