I was recently in Beijing and was lucky enough to come across a Hakka restaurant that served a dish called three cup duck. It was the most amazing thing ever and I would really love to know if anyone knows of a place that does this dish in Hong Kong as I am keen to try it again.

I had this braised duck dish in Beijing Sanlitun area. There is a restaurant called "My Hakka" in Megabox. Call them to check whether it is included in their menu.
