Does anyone know where to buy FRESH double or heavy cream, not UHT? Tried Citysuper, Threesixty and Taste but no luck.

No fresh cream in HK, at least I've not seen it in twenty-odd years. And, btw, the UHT stuff is frozen for the journey.

I've bought King Island cream which is double / heavy cream at the Australian butcher in Hang Hau village. Long way to go if you don't live out that way but only place I've found it in all the years we have been here.

We used to be able to buy fresh double and single cream at Park n Shop, I think the brand was called Express. But they've been "out of stock" for ages. I've also found fresh double cream at the Wellcome on Robinson Road, but it's a tiny tub for like HK$45! Depending on what I'm making, I usually mix a tub of the fresh cream with a packet of UHT cream.
