can anyone recommend easy to learn classes ( if there is such a thing) thanks

Social Welfare depts runs classes at just one hundred dollars in their wanchai office. i hv an email from one of my friends giving the phone number. having problems with my netvigator mail. will post the number later. classes are for 2 hours on saturday mornings for 3 months. they have starters, advanced, ??? and professional. they teach both cantonese and mandarin. The one hundred dollars is for 12 classes .

The entire course is subsideised by Hong Kong Governament.They charge only the registration fee on HK$100 for each course. Courses are BASIC. INTERMeDIARY, ADVANCED etc., etc, each runs for about 3 months with one class ( 3 hours) each per week.
