take bub into the bathroom and really steam up the bathroom as much as possible and then use the saline. Hopefully her nose should start to run and relieve at least some of blockage. Funnily enough in this humid country (although not so at the moment), a humidifier may do the trick. Unfortunately there isn't really much else accept for medicines like Dimetapp which she may be too young for. Good Luck

Steaming up the bathroom and breastfeeding or bottle feeding them in there does the trick for me.

thanks everyone...its been 15 days and poor thing is still suffering from stuffy nose...i even used the medicinal nasal drops which my older ones doc had suggested from back home which works as long as u use them but u cant use them for more than 5 days..

am using vicks but not directly on her..can i use it on her chest..remember reading that its too strong to be used directly hence using it on things near her while sleeping...do correct me if am wrong..

More than two weeks seems like a long time.

i wonder if there is an allergen in the air or bedding that is affecting your wee one?

cheers from Ruth
