I remember seeing a shop up on Nathan Road in MongKok right next to the Ladies Market selling only 2nd-hand watches. SOrry, I can't be precise with the address as I am a HK Island girl and always get lost when I'm over there. Maybe someone else knows the address.

There is one in Lockhart Road, opposite crossing of Mes Amis (next to Chili Club Thai rest. entrance) that sell second hand. - Wan Chai

There are a lot of 2nd hand watch shops in Champagne Court on Kimberly Road in TST.
