I am new to Hong Kong living in Discovery Bay and need a good stylist that is great with colour and cuts. I need hi lites and low lites. I am caucasian and have wavy hair. Any advice?

I go to Severine at Emmanuel F in Pottinger St. She's good with colour. I have some other suggestions if you'd like to contact us in the CAB office.
