Anyone have an opinion on their experience flying Korea Air in Economy? Leg room? Butt room?

I just flew with KE. Good service. Seat is like most other airline.

I have flown various airlines between the US and Viet Nam. My preferred carrier is Korean!!!!! By far! Service is nice, as is service on other Asian carriers. Food is great! Seats are comfortable (garbage class is still garbage class - but it is better than many others). The one drawback on Korean is that I often can't get a seat. Their flights are fully booked!!!!

Do you need a bigger seat, beause, they (korean air) are the same size as American carriers, if so, I would suggest business class

I agree with ldldjr. The seats on most planes are the same (I do think Cathay are smaller though) so given that you should look at service. Korean is one of the best I have ever experienced. Beautiful,competent, courteous staff who do their job to a very high standard, good food, clean bathrooms etc.

Thanks for your helpful replies everyone, but uh, no, all seats are NOT the same. Every news report that's ever done a story reports that huge 6-8 inch difference between Western and Asian seat sizes. And the leg=room discrepancies... eesh!
